On Location Casting

Registration

In order to register with On Location Casting you must be legal to work in the US and have a valid social security number. We accept registration from SAG, AFTRA and Non-Union talent. We also register adults as well as minors under the age of 18. ALL Minors MUST have a valid state entertainment work permit and a Coogan account if required by the state you are working in.

We prefer to register all new talent in person so that we can meet you and familiarize ourselves with the people in our database, although in-person registration is not required. You may also sign up online for inclusion in our database. Either way, you will be in our system and immediately considered for work with On Location Casting.

The fastest, easiest way to register for our talent database is the easy to use Talent Application button on the main page of this website. All you have to do is click on the link or click here and it will take you to our Agency Pro powered database where you can submit your photo and information to be considered for inclusion in our database. Our Casting Directors will then review your application to make sure it is complete. If your talent application is approved we will contact you via email to let you know that you have been accepted and are now ready to be booked for work. Be sure to fill out your personal profile as completely as possible and you MUST attach at least (1) good quality recent photo. Applications without photos will not be considered! This is a SECURED site so there is no need to worry about giving out personal details.

OLC Registration is FREE and there are NO FEES required in order to be considered for work on our projects. Your FREE Basic Profile includes a full resume and up to (2) photos for your talent page. You will automatically be searchable and considered for bookings by our team of Casting Staff once your application is approved and you are in our talent database. Once registered, you can log-in to your personal account and make changes any time 24/7 at no charge. Our software company (Agency Pro) does offer upgraded portfolios that give you an enhanced marketing options such as up to (20) photos, audio/video samples, a personal website and Client searchability. Agency Pro does charge a minimal amount for these additional services, which we feel is a valuable investment in your career. Although we do highly recommend that you "activate" an Agency Pro portfolio, we do NOT REQUIRE it for work on any of our On Location Casting projects. These are tools to help you have a higher profile in the industry, should you choose to use them.

If you are interested in meeting with a Casting Director or need someone to take your digital photos for you, we do hold in-person registration dates periodically but infrequently in Los Angeles, Las Vegas, Austin and Albuquerque. At this time we do not have a set schedule for in-person registration as it is based on our project workload.
